Lesley qualified in 1995 from the University of Brighton and has over 25 years’ experience in assessing and treating a vast array of musculoskeletal problems. This includes upper and lower limb injuries, pre & post operative recovery and rehabilitation, chronic arthritic conditions, improving general mobility, function, balance, and dizziness.
I have worked as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS for over 20 years and have good knowledge and communication links with local GP’s and Orthopaedic consultants. I taught at Manchester Metropolitan University for 10 years on the postgraduate Master’s course in Manual Therapy ie, teaching Advanced Physiotherapy to senior qualified physiotherapists
I am a very hands on manual therapist using mobilisations, manipulations and soft tissue massage alongside bespoke exercise programmes to get the best possible results for people. I pride myself in the level of care and quality of treatment we offer here in the clinic and aim to give the best possible treatment and advice where appropriate or advise regarding longer term management for chronic conditions.
Lesley enjoys walking, sailing, kayaking and cross-fit

Matt has progressed within the NHS and is currently working as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner dealing in the management of complex presentations. This role proves a mix between assessment, triage and treatment.
Matt is very focused on a patient centred approach, treating everyone individually in line with the current evidence base. When not working Matt’s time is filled with his fanily. I-le really enjoys keeping fit with HITT work outs, hiking in the mountains and cycling.
